SEMI-AUTOMATIC ROUND BOTTLE LABELLERS AND LABEL APPLICATORS
LABEL X JR TR
Microprocessor controlled, stepper motor driven semi-automatic labelling machine, adjustable for cylindrical containers from 25mm diameter to 110mm diameter. Labels up to 200mm x 300mm can be applied. The bottles are fed into the machine by hand, and the operator pulls a lever which initiates the labelling cycle.
Powered rollers rotate the bottle, and the label is dispensed and applied at rotation speed, ensuring an accurate, wrinkle-free, smooth application. The waste backing paper is neatly wound onto a seperate take up spool, and can be discarded at the end of the production run. The machine can accomodate a full roll of labels up to 300mm diameter. The waste take up spool can accomodate the waste backing paper from a full roll of labels.

BOTTLE-MATIC
The Bottle-Matic semi automatic bottle labelling machine applies front and back bottle labels to a multitude of cylindrical objects. Labels up to 380mm wide can be applied onto containers ranging from 12mm to 250mm in diameter at speeds of up to 1000 pieces per hour. Operation is simple - simply set the required label spacing using the index button, insert your bottle/container and press the supplied footswitch. Upon activation the footswitch initiates the labelling process and the bottle labels are applied accurately and quickly. With the Bottle-Matic labelling machine most sized bottles are labelled in less than five seconds.
The Bottle-Matic Labelling Machine is available in two versions:
Bottle-Matic 1 - Designed to apply 1 bottle label to containers from a small square to fully wrap-around.
Bottle-Matic 2 - Advanced model able to apply 1 or 2 bottle labels from the same roll with a built-in dial to accurately space front and back labels on the same container.
