AL RITMA - Top, Top & Bottom & Side of pack labeller

Etiquette's AL Ritma label applicator is a sophisticated applicator for use on mainstream production lines, where versatility and ease of use is of paramount importance. Each AL Ritma machines uses the most up-to-date components and materials available, whilst being strictly CE compliant.

Heads are micro-processor controlled and stepper motor driven, with memory functions for size of label and position of application. The head is mounted on a supporting stand provided with lockable casters and feet; which has hand wheels for vertical and horizontal adjustment.

- Low label alarm with visible audible warning
- Second unwind spool for quick label reel change
- Power unwind unit for reels up to 400mm diameter
- Non-stop audio-switching of twin-head systems
- Variable application speed control by encoder fitted conveyor
- High speed twin motors
