AL LINE C - Cylindrical Wraparound Labeller

Etiquette's AL Line C label applicator is an intelligent high performance in line single of twin head label application system for cylindrical, elliptical or parallel sided containers.

Each of Etiquette's AL Line C applicators uses the most up-to-date materials and components available, whilst being strictly CE compliant.

Available a "front and back" systems of "wraparound" systems, each applicator is based on a robust mild steel or stainless steel stand with Delrin or stainless steel slit conveyors in various widths.

Label application heads are from the tried and tested micro-processor controlled, stepper motor driven AL Ritma, with memory functions for label size and application position.

Each head is mounted on a bi-axial support providing not only vertical and horizontal adjustment, but also lateral inclination for tapered or conical products.

STANDARD FEATURES

- Tamper evident wipe down for "lollipop" or "watchstrap" labels
- Hot foil or thermal transfer coding of batch numbers and BBE dates
- Environmental enclosures for use in "clean rooms"
- Non stop "auto-switching" for zero downtime continuous production
- Rotary in-feed and out-feed tables
- In feed pitching and orientation devices.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE

- 100mm, 200mm or 300mm wide heads
- Dispensing speed up to 60m/min
- Typical application speed on 500ml cylindrical containers 120/min
- Missing label on reel compensator
- Memory capacity for 40 labels and products.
